As it is though netbooks are already blanketing the ground. You can find them down to like $250, so I'm not sure what price these things would have to be to convince people to buy them instead. $199 wouldn't be low enough I don't think. $150? At that point I don't think the limitations of the OS would be a serious issue. As long as the OS updates itself, and it comes with firefox, and supports all the obvious audio/video formats on the web--mp3, aac, flash, h.264, mpeg-2, wmv, etc then great.
